Aurora

Aurora Aksnes born 15th June 1996 Stavanger is a Norwegian music writer and singer. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves by Decca Records was released on May 15, 2015, receiving rave reviews from both music bloggers as well as from the press. Half the World Away, by the Oasis group for John Lewis Christmas advertisements and Nature Boy by Nat King Cole are among the artist's high-profile recordings. The singer gained further attention via a blog post from Katy Perry where Perry endorsed the song Runaway. Enjoy her day. Aurora Aksnes' first musical memory involves finding a small piano hidden in the basement and being fascinated at the sound it created. Jan Oystein Aksnes and May-Britt Aksnes encouraged Aurora to study music, not as a job or a hobby however, as a chance to improve. As a result, she began to write songs of her own. Her influences include renowned writer Leonard Cohen and Bob Dylan and her love of Bjork's style. In response to her mother's suggestion that she ought not to aim to be famous through their songwriting skills, she instead realize the importance of themselves as well as their contribution to society. The piano was first played by her when she was only six and began writing music at the age of nine. They didn't even be aware until fourteen. There was no way she could have imagined to become Aurora. She just loves to write songs. She claims that music is her most preferred way to feel anything.
